GENERAL

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS

Wendy’s High School Heisman 2008 application is now available.  Eligibiility is limited exclusively to men and women entering their senior year of high school in the 2008-2009 academic year who have at least a “B” grade average and participate in at least one of the 32 sports officially sanctioned by the National Federation of State High Schools.  Online applications are available at www.wendysheisman.com.  Applications are due by October 1st.  Come to GRAC for more information. - T. MANOA EXPERIENCE

PAAC AFTERSCHOOL GLOBAL STUDIES CLASS

All those who signed up to join the Global Studies Class please meet in C-201 on Tuesday at 2:30. JAPANESE-AMERICAN FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY

At the last meeting I said that we were not having a mtg. until Sept.. 3, but we have to have one on Wed. Aug. 27.  We need to have at least a dozen members attend and nominate members  for elction of officers and hold a short mtg. too.  Please be prompt so we start and end on time.  The meeting will be in C-103 on Aug. 27.   - L.
