GENERAL

REGISTRAR'S OFFICE ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 Report card pick up - June 22 at the Registrar's office, final transcripts for Seniors - bring in addressed, stamped (44 cents) envelope by June 15th (do not write in a return address), transferring student not returning for 2009-10 should have a parent come in to sign a release before school ends in June, summer school attendees - those attending summer school should bring in a course confirmation receipt ASAP; this is ongoing until 4:00 pm Thursday, July 23, 2009, new incoming students (outside of Waiakea complex) living in the Waiakea district - should provide 2 proofs of residence and a release packet (public/private) or transcript, health record, birth certificate (out-of-state schools) after final grades are finalized, and call for a registration appointment.   Call 974-4888 x 241 from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm daily. - M. STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Once your application has been approved and payment is required, you may make payment on July 22nd and 23rd during registration. - M. Abraham

SENIORS

Seniors, if you are planning on walking the line at commencement, you MUST have a cap and gown!  If you have STILL NOT picked up your cap and gown, please do so before Wednesday, June 3, 2009 from Mrs. Sato's room (Q201).  Please make sure ALL obligations are cleared before picking up your cap and gown. - K. Sato

EXCUSED ABSENCES

If you would like to have your absences considered to be excused, the last day to submit documentation for consideration is Tuesday, June 2 for SENIORS and Thursday, June 4 for UNDERCLASSMEN. Submitting a doctor's note, etc., will not guarantee an exemption. Notes will only be accepted for absences that occurred during 4th quarter beginning on April 6. SUMMER JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Still looking for that summer job?  Earn $7.25 per hour!  Must be between 16-24 years old and meet income standards.  See Ms. Yanagisawa in P4 for info and application. - P. Yanagisawa

MATH LEAGUE

All math league members are invited to our annual end of year pizza party and vote for next year's officers Wednesday Jun. 3 in R206.  Bring your vote and your hunger.  - K. Anderson

CURRENT JUNIORS IN AP LANGUAGE AND COMPOSITION

If you have not yet turned in your 50 Essays and English textbook in to Mrs. Ray, please do so ASAP.  There are students who need your 50 Essays before the end of the week. - C. Ray

NEXT YEAR JUNIORS TAKING AP LANGUAGE AND COMPOSITION

If you were one of the students who did NOT get your 50 Essays book on Friday, please see Mrs. Ray by the end of this week for your copy.  Hopefully, the current juniors will have returned them all to me by then. Thank you for your patience. - C. Ray
