GENERAL

HAWAII-OKINAWA STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM:

Students who are interested in going to Okinawa this summer may pick up an application in E-103.  Selected students from throughout the state are expected to pay for their airfare (approx. $1,200), passport ($70-&85), any omiyage (gifts) for the host family, and any personal purchases.  The Okinawan host family and government will pay for ground transportation, meals, accommodations, and field trips in Okinawa.  The trip is set for June 6-21, 2008.  Deadline to submit application is March 7, 2008. - D. Hey Sharks, if we do not get at least 150 people signed up for Junior Ball by Tues, 12/11 we may cancel Junior Ball!  Buy your bids by Tuesday or there may NOT be an event. - M. Akiona

DECA STORE CLOSING

NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY SCHOLARSHIP

To all members of the National Honor Society -  The National Association of   Secondary School Principals is offering the National Honor Society Scholarship. ATTENTION ALL MARTIAL ARTS STUDENTS

SENIORS

Seniors!  Second Quarter/First Semester ends on the 20th.  Make sure that you are passing all of your classes and have made up your absences.  Don't forget about graduation requirements and that you are responsible for checking on your grades and your attendance.  Graduation is 6 months away and you don't want to run out of gas now!   - H. HOLIDAY HO-HO-HO DOWN:

Get yuor holiday trinkets during recesses outside of E-103.  Jingle bell necklaces and rings, Santa necklaces, red, green & gold bead necklaces, etc. from 25 cents to $1.25.  Limited supply so get yours today and get into the holiday spirit!  Also, wear white tomorrow and put on a Santa cap, reindeer antlers or anything festive on your head. - D. GIRLS GOLF SIGN-UPS

Girls golf sign-up will be held Tues. 12/11 in front of the WHS Gym during lunch recess. All girls golf team returning members and new candidates should attend. - T. Correa
