Hey Waiakea!  Take part in the Santa's Workshop Project!  We will be setting up  shop at the Waiakea Elementary School cafeteria on Saturday, December 8th, 2007.  We're giving the opportunity for Waiakea-complex elementary students to purchase cheap gifts for their friends and family and we're providing free gift wrapping.  Proceeds from the event will go to PBS.  This event will no be a success without your help.  We need donations of wrapping paper, tissue paper, gift bags, ribbon, and most importantly...gifts!  Gifts can be for mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters...for anybody.  Do not bring food and be wary of toys made in China.  You may bring your donations to E-103, Mrs. Tanabe's room.  Nove. 29th is the deadline so get  crack'n'! - D. Tanabe

We are looking for all kinds of entertainment!  Let's make it MORE than just singing and dancing this time, Warriors!  Pull out all the stops, and let's really get some VARIETY!  Are there any magicians, jugglers, comedians, or other kinds of talent out there?  If you can entertain us, we'll let you audition!  Just pick up the forms in C-204 all this week. - M. Ellsworth

Hey Seniors!  Make sure to donate to the Santa's Workshop project.  Bring your gifts, wrapping paper, tissue paper or gift bags to one of the four following senior collection sites:  U102 (Mrs. Yamanaka), D203 (Mrs. Uyeda), P5 (Mrs. Tagawa), or to R101 (Registrar's office).  thank you! - R. Yamanaka

Debaters are meeting on Tuesday, November 20 at LUNCH recess this time in C-204.  See you there! - M. Ellsworth

Teachers: Please make sure that when you send your students to the main office during classtime, please make sure they have a valid pass signed by you to let us know that they have had permission to do so. Without a pass students will be sent back to class.

Also, As much as possible, please do not send students out of class to retake picture I.D.'s. This should be done BEFORE SCHOOL, RECESS, LUNCH RECESS OR AFTER SCHOOL TIME. Thank you very much - M. Respicio
