JAGUARS OF 2010

A class cookbook is being created for our fall fundraiser!  Please submit 2 of your FAVORITE recipes:  one dessert and/or entree/appetizer.  Recipe handouts will be distributed through 10th grade english teachers, Misha Takane, or Ms. Yanagisawa in P4.  - P. Yanagisawa

STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Pre-registration for school bussing services for the 2008-2009 School Year has started. Handbooks, applications and information on registering are available in the office if you are planning on using the school bus services as a means of transportation to and/or from school next year.  - M. SCIENCE SYMPOSIUM 2008

The WHS Directed Studies-Science class will be having a science symposium on Wednesday, May 28, from 5:00 - 8:00p in the school library.  Students will be presenting their science fair research projects in a powerpoint format.  Please join us. - J. Nekoba

MATH LEAGUE

All math league members please attend an important meeting Thrusday Lunch recess in R206.  We will be electing next years officers and planning the pizza party.  If you don't come, you don't get told were the party is. - K. Anderson

 

SPORTS

WHS BOYS BOWLING TRYOUT MEETING

Try-out meeting will be held for all boys interested in participating on the WHS Boys bowling team 08/09 at 3:15pm on Thurs 5/29/08 at Hiol Lanes  - T. Correa

ALL ATHLETES

It's that time of year again for the Yearly Pre-Participation Physical Screening held Wednesday, May 28th from 3p - 5:30p at The Waiakea High School Gymnasium.  Come by the Athletic Training Room located in P-1 to pick up forms.  Forms must be signed and completed by your parent or guardians prior to attending.  Cost is $25.   - K. SOFTBALL UNIFORM RETURN

All WHS softball team members are to return their uniforms to coach Bo Saiki on Wed 5/28 in front of the Gym during lunch recess.  Seniors failure to return your uniform will result in an obligation. - T. Correa
