SECOND QUARTER EXEMPT NOTICES

All notes to excuse "Column B" type absences must be turned in to the Attendance Coordinator by Friday, December 19.  No exceptions. - M. Yamashita

JUNIOR BALL

This year's Junior Ball will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2004.  Permission forms will be available in E103 during recesses.  Bid sales will begin the first day we return from winter recess.   See Alain Takane for any questions. - M. Akiona

SENIOR FUTURE PLANS

Hey Seniors!  Did you know that when we return from winterbreak, there will be just 90 more school days left before graduation? As much as your counselors would like to call you in individually to discuss your future plans, it isn't always possible.  Be sure to make an appointment with your counselor to discuss college, military or work plans.  Deadlines for most college applications are December 30 through March 1.  Deadline for UH Manoa and Hilo is March 1. - M. KIWIN'S SIGN-UPS

Sign-ups are still going on for: Wrapping Toys for Tots at the State building, Recyling on the 4th, Gingerbread making (T.B.A.), and last polo t-shirt order if you don't have yours.  Also, we are still accepting donations for "Toys for Toys for Tots," the last day for sign-ups and donations is this Friday.  Thanks! - C. 2ND SEMESTER SCHEDULES

If you need to know or need a copy of your 2nd semester classes, come to the Registrar's office BEFORE Dec 24th,or anticipate long lines upon your return to school.  Another copy of your schedule will cost you 10 cents, payable upon request.   - M. Masaki

Remember to bring your picture ID and bid to Winterball.  Doors open at 6:00 pm and close at 6:30pm.  No flowers or lei's allowed.  Wear your Sunday's Best. - A. Ogata

JV BASEBALL TRYOUTS START 12/29, 9:00AM AT WHS BASEBALL FIELD.  COMPLETED PHYSICAL FORM/PARENT CONSENT REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.  COME DRESSED FOR BASEBALL PRACTICE (BASEBALL PANTS, T-SHIRT, SHOES, CAP, GLOVE). IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS SEE MR. T. CORREA IN E-101.
