ASVAB

The first ASVAB test will be held on Thursday, October 23 in the library from 8:00 a.m. - 12 noon.There in no cost involved.Although the ASVAB is utilized by the different branches of the military it can also be useful in indentifying career interests and student strengths.All interested students should sign up in GRAC.†††- T. SUPER SCIENCE AND SUPER MAKAHIKI SATURDAY

October 18, 2003 is Super Science Saturday for Grades 6-12, sponsored by Nš Pua No'eau .Drop off and Pick up is at UH College Hall.Parents are welcome to join the trip into the forest from 8am - 3pm.October 18, 2003 is also Super Makahiki Saturday for grades K-5 at HCC Manono campus, where families can attend three different classes involving music, art, language and physical education.Time is 8am to noon.There will be a followup session on November 15 which families are urged to attend.Come to C 101 for the HOMECOMING T-SHIRT:

GENERAL POLICY HAS NOT CHANGED:

No eating in the classrooms unless specific arrangements have been made with the teacher for specific purposes, (club meetings, officer meetings, etc) and teachers are to ensure that food rubbish/trash is taken care of.Trash can liners cannot be supplied on a daily basis.School order is made to maintain normal dry classroom type rubbish.Food trash must be taken to the cafe dumpster--NOT put in the large trash cans nearest your room.Thank you!†† - J.
