Congratulations to everyone who participated in this year's Memorial Day lei making. Waiakea High School turned in 3,000 leis (Freshmen - 318, Sophomores - 1,087, Juniors - 700, Seniors - 895). ATHLETIC AWARDS PICK-UP
Students who did not attend the awards night may pick up their athletic awards from Mr. Yamase in the gym on the following days: May 28, June 2, 3, 4, and 7th during school hours. Unclaimed awards will be recycled for future use. - K. Yamase
STUDENT PARKING ON CAMPUS
Student parking on campus is a privilege and not a right. To park on campus you MUST follow several rules. The rules are as follows:
1. All vehicles MUST display a parking permit.
2. Park ONLY in marked stalls. DO
3. NO EXHIBITIONS OF SPEED.
4. Parking Lot is OFF LIMITS during the school day. DO NOT use your vehicle as a locker.
5. Your vehicle can be searched anytime without probable cause.
If you do not follow any rule your permit may be revoked and your vehicle towed at the owner's expense. - S. Ozaki
